School Greening Project

School Greening Project – Support our Playground Renewal

Not only do we need to meet eco-friendly and safety guidelines in our reconstruction, but we want to make sure our new play structure has accessible components available to people with physical limitations in order to give a new and upcoming generation the chance to have even more fun and safe memory building opportunities!

Donations of over $25 made through the Ottawa Carleton District School Board will receive a charitable tax receipt. Donors who contribute over $250 will be honoured on a permanent donation display for future students and parents to see.

Our goal is to raise $8000 per year, until 2023.

Target Goal: $85,000

The estimated cost to replace the play structure is $85,000 with a combined contribution from the City of Ottawa and the OCDSB of $15,000, leaving the community (mainly parents), to fund the remainder.

School parent council has committed to raise funds that will go towards the cost of the greening project in 2022/2023.
